Safety with Service! 

The Surepoint Technologies Group is participating in Partners in Injury reduction through Enform and with Alberta Worker's Compensation Board, Alberta Human Resources and Employment and British Columbia Workplace Health and Safety. 

In 2006 we merged the individual Health Safety and Environment (HSE) programs to reflect the shared resources and common operating and safety philosophy among the group of companies. We completed our first audit of the entire group in November 2006 and in 2007 received a Certificate of Recognition (COR) for all of the companies as well as a BC COR for Surepoint Services.  Surepoint Services has recently been awarded a Work Safe Alberta 2007 certificate for exceptional performance in workplace health and safety.

We are pleased to announce that Surepoint Technologies Group is an active member of ISNetworld.  We have centralized our compliance data within ISNetworld and streamlined our reporting processes.  We currently have an active account for Contrologix Systems, Strongarm Rentals & Valve Service, Surepoint Services and Mechanalytics.  Through ISNetworld we are able to complete the following functions:

  • Comply with regulatory and Owner Client requirements.
  • Centralize all compliance information and contact information.
  • Create searchable company profiles (types of work performed, office locations, etc.).
  • Receive email reminders prior to expiration of insurance and other compliance information.
  • Manage our companys' safety and procurement information available to Owner Clients.  This includes:
    • Management System Questionnaire (MSQ),
    • Insurance,
    • Contracts and Agreements,
    • Workers Compensation Board Clearance Letters and Rate Sheets,
    • COR certificates,
    • Safety Programs, and
    • Supplier Diversity Certificates.

In addition, ISNetworld's Review and Verification Services (RAVS) verifies and evaluates our health and safety infromation to ensure record keeping and minimum provincial regulatory requirements are met.
