Our Mission is to provide qualified personnel to the oilfield industry; to manage and maintain the primary company's high standard with respect to operations, safety, economic and regulatory requirements. Independent Energy Management (IEM) provides contract operations personnel to the petroleum industry. Our dedicated personnel work at our customers' facilities to manage and optimize production and equipment while maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Our staff are knowledgeable in a variety of operations which enables us to match the appropriate skilled employee to each customer and assignment; where their experience and expertise can be utilized for systematic and effective troubleshooting to obtain optimum production. IEM has the experience and ability to plan, organize and manage plant turn-arounds, preventative maintenance programs and facility audits. Our senior operations staff have extensive experience in all aspects of the operations envelope; from construction through commissioning, to day-to-day operations and optimization. Our junior operations staff benefit from an in-house mentorship program as well as enrollment in the Operation Training Program offered by S.A.I.T..
