RALPH HESJE - Chief Executive Officer

Ralph has worked in the energy industry since 1974, and has a wealth of experience gained from local as well as international markets. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has worked for companies in the pipeline, gas distribution and construction industries in Argentina, Brazil, Canada and the United States. Ralph joined the Surepoint Group in June 2010 as President and CEO and brings with him a strong vision and an executive level of experience to steer the planned, aggressive future growth of the Surepoint Group. 

KEVIN MCBETH - Chief Financial Officer

Kevin joined Surepoint in 2010 after serving as Director of Finance for four years for the Con-Force Division of Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund. He has extensive experience in the concrete construction and steel manufacturing industries. Results focussed and an operations oriented financial leader he brings with him experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, information systems, and supply chain management. Prior to joining Con-Force, Kevin was employed by Gerdau (Manitoba Division) from 1989 to 2006. During that time, Kevin held many positions with the Division including General Manager Scrap Operations and prior to that as their Corporate Controller. Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree from Brandon University. 

CORDELL WEBER - Chief Operations Officer

Cordell has a long and accomplished history in the Peace Region. In 1998, he was directly instrumental in putting together and leading the original team that created what is now the Surepoint Group with its impressive breadth of service offerings. This was achieved by using skills developed over a career that spans decades in the the industry, along with a highly respected position throughout the Peace Region, which he cultivated through years of personal involvement in many communities in the region. Cordell maintains a very unique and well respected management style that attracted much of the talent that contributed to the early success of Surepoint Group. People first!
